We are very pleased to announce that we plan on holding
the 2010 Bible School at the Hartness House Inn in Springfield Vermont.
The Hartness House is the original home of a former Governor of the State of
Vermont. It is well kept and many of the rooms in the main building
reflect the history of the period. God willing, the Bible School
will commence with check in on Sunday Afternoon August 8 at 3:00 PM and conclude
after Lunch on Friday August 13. For the convenience of those who will be
traveling from a distance we will plan to hold our Memorial Service on Sunday
evening.

The Inn served our needs well in 2009; it has the facilities and
accommodations which are required for a successful Bible School. This is a
fully air conditioned facility; the large Victorian Ball Room worked out
well for our Assemblies and Adult Classes. The food was very good with a
variety of items to satisfy all tastes. The Inn only accommodates about 70
overnight guests so register early if you plan to attend. There are 30
Standard Rooms each with its own Bath equipped with either 2 Dbl. Beds or 1
Queen. There are a limited number of upstairs rooms in the Main Building
which require going up a staircase (there are no elevators).
The Hartness House is a landmark inn in Springfield, Vermont offering
accommodations with 40 rooms, all with private baths, modern amenities, and
a fine dining restaurant in a beautifully restored 1904 country mansion and
estate. Visit their website at
www.hartnesshouse.com for more information.
This is a fully air conditioned facility. The large Victorian Ball
Room will be particularly suited for our assemblies and adult classes.
There is a level entrance from many of the hotel rooms from the outside and
a three step rise to walk to the assembly and dining areas. There are many
fine hiking trails on the property and large private lawns for volleyball;
there is also a community playground with swings and a ball field within a
short walk.
